Family Yorkie Puppies
Yorkies are one of the best little pets a
person could have.  But you need to be careful when you are trying to pick the right one for just you or you
and your family.  Picking a tiny teacup yorkie
for a family is not always the best choice.
If this teacup yorkie puppy that you are
purchasing is going to be a family pet,
Then you need to rethink your size.
Instead of a tiny teacup yorkie puppy,
you will be needing one that can handle
all the love that goes along with being a
family pet.   The definition of a family pet is
one that everyone can enjoy.  A good size of a
family yorkie puppy would be anywhere
from 6 pounds and up.  The bigger yorkie
puppies make wonderful family pets.
Bigger meaning anywhere from 7 to 12 pounds.
You gotta love them,  they are great.

I have really had some nice little family pets.  Some of the past family yorkie puppies are Jed who is living with Jose.  Jose and his wife adopted Jed for their children.  Jed is going to be just right to raise with children.  He will probably be around 7 to 8 pounds.  He will be a fantastic family pet.  Any time your are looking for a yorkie puppie for sale make sure they will be able to adjust to your family situation.  Get a yorkie puppy that is a match made in heaven.  You can see Jed on my Elainea's Yorkies Face book

Of course, you will indeed come across an online Yorkie breeder, or even an Arkansas Yorkie breeder, both of whom will claim to be a genuine, Yorkshire breeder. Yorkshire Terriers

World's Most Popular Dog

There are hundreds of dog breeds to choose from, this is  why choosing one, for your home, can be pretty hard. The current preference among dog lovers,  is for small dogs and they are going in for Yorkshire Terriers or Yorkshire puppies. Yorkshire Terriers, commonly referred to as "Yorkies" are found in homes throughout the world, making them one of the most popular pets and also a much sought after, show dog.  Here's some basic information on Yorkshire Terriers, Yorkshire puppies and Yorkies for sale.

Origins of Yorkshire Terriers

Early Yorkshire Terriers in Northern England were much different than the Yorkshire Terriers we see today. Although the history of this breed is rather sketchy, it is believed that Yorkshire Terriers could have evolved from pre-1750 Clydesdale or Paisley Terriers - working dogs, much larger than the Yorkshire Terriers of today. Some also believe, subsequent crossings with probably English Skye, Black and Tan Toy Terriers or perhaps, as some believe, Maltese Terriers, created today's Yorkshire Terriers.

Appearance of Yorkshire Terriers

Whatever their age, adult Yorkshire Terriers, Yorkshire puppies, or Yorkies for sale, all have distinctive, long coats that hang evenly down both sides. They have a rather flat and small skull, black nose and sparkling, medium dark eyes. Yorkshire Terriers or Yorkshire puppies also have small, erect V-shaped ears, compact body and a tail customarily docked to medium length. Yorkshire Terriers, Yorkies for sale or Yorkshire puppies are dark steel blue coated, but not silver blue. The hair on their chests is a bright, rich tan.

Temperament of Yorkshire Terriers

Adult Yorkshire Terriers, or even Yorkshire puppies, are extremely intelligent and alert pet dogs. They are fiercely possessive of their owners but get along well with other cats or dogs at home who've grown up with them. That's why it's advisable to avail ‘Yorkies for sale' offers and get them when preferably young. Yorkshire Terriers or Yorkshire puppies love a nap in their owner's lap. They aren't aggressive but should they fight, they'll do so until death.

Training of Yorkshire Puppies

Although house training of adult Yorkshire Terriers is easy, it's advisable to go in for Yorkshire puppies by availing ‘Yorkies for sale' offers and start disciplining them from young. Yorkshire Terriers or Yorkshire puppies are relatively easy to train. They should be confined to crates when alone at night or when you leave home. Toys and fresh water must be kept and also ensure, they have a comfortable bed inside the crate. You must also know that Yorkshire Terriers or Yorkshire puppies do not like being kept alone for long.

You'll come across numerous ads of Yorkies for sale, or for Yorkshire Terriers and Yorkshire puppies. However, make sure that the Yorkshire breeder, who has Yorkies for sale or even Yorkshire Terriers and Yorkshire puppies, is legitimate and of repute. In this manner, you can be assured of owning a dog considered as the world's most popular pet.

Yorkshire Breeder

Who's The Ideal One for You?

Purchasing a pet dog, and more so,
a Yorkshire Terrier, is really very easy.
After all, it wouldn't take much convincing or
persuasion to do so. However, finding a legitimate,
reliable and reputable Yorkshire breeder
isn't as easy, but certainly, critically important.
Of course, you will indeed come across an
online Yorkie breeder, or even an
Arkansas Yorkie breeder,
both of whom will claim to be a genuine,
Yorkshire breeder. Your objective
therefore, is to find a Yorkshire breeder,
an online Yorkie breeder or an
Akansas Yorkie breeder, who are as
good as they claim to be. However,
if you can find one who is excellent,
the better for you. Here's some
useful advice.

  Visit a Yorkshire breeder,
or an Arkansas Yorkie breeder, it is
advisable to be as observant as you
can and to ask as many questions as
you wish. Look around you and ask
yourself whether the dogs you see
appear to be happy and healthy.
Watch whether they are intimidated by
the Yorkshire breeder, or Arkansas
Yorkie breeder, or shy away from you.
If they do, you probably have the wrong
Yorkshire breeder, or Arkansas Yorkie breeder.
On the other hand, at a genuine
Yorkshire breeder, or Arkansas Yorkie breeder,
you'll find the dogs much more excited
and eager to meet strangers and will
almost certainly look happy, healthy
and well groomed. They will also
display much affection for the breeder
itself. In the case of an online
Yorkie breeder, make sure to get
prompt and clear answers to all your
questions.

What questions should you ask?

Never hesitate to ask as many questions
as you wish, even if you feel some
are irrelevant or stupid because
unlike a puppy mill, or unknown
Yorkshire breeder, a good
Akansas Yorkie breeder and an online
Yorkie breeder will be only too
happy to furnish you with all the
relevant information you need.
Ask to see the living condition and
both parents, ask about the dog's
bloodline (pedigree), eating habits,
nutrition and medical history. A genuine
Yorkshire breeder, Arkansas Yorkie breeder,
or even an online Yorkie breeder will
always provide you with truthful
answers and evidence.

If you really wish to know who is
a genuine Yorkshire breeder, online
Yorkie breeder or Arkansas Yorkie breeder,
the ones that ask you as many
questions as you pose to them,
will probably be the one for you.
This is because a true Yorkshire breeder,
online Yorkie breeder or Arkansas Yorkie breeder
is serious about finding homes that will
treat Yorkies with just as much attention,
love and care as they do.

Yorkie Poo Puppies for Sale

The best of Two Great Breeds

Whether it is designer dogs, miniature dogs,
or just small breeds of dogs, the growing
desire to own one or more of these,
reflects the current trend and preference
of a growing number of people today.
This is perhaps why people are increasingly
looking for Yorkie Poo puppies for sale,
as well as Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas.
In fact, many are even searching for opportunities to
buy Yorkies online. The reason behind the
desire to look for Yorkie poo puppies for sale,
Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas, or
to buy Yorkies online, is because these dogs
reflect the sense of style of their owners,
as well as act as status symbols.

What are Yorkie Poo dogs?

As the name of this breed partly suggests,
Yorkie Poos are the result of cross breeding
between two highly, popular breeds - ‘
Yorkshire Terriers' and ‘Poodles'.
Owing to their small size and weight,
they are classified as ‘Toy' dogs, although
as of today, they are not recognized as a
distinct or separate breed. A Yorkie Poo
combines the best behavioral traits of both breeds.
Therefore, you'll find that it displays the
similar sweet nature of a Yorkshire Terrier,
and the bright, hyperactive antics of a Poodle.
You'll find several ads for Yorkie Poo
puppies for sale
, and if you wish,
Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas.
The net is also another place to search,
as there are reliable, sites where you can
buy Yorkies online.

Where are Yorkie Poos found?

There are several, genuine breeders and
other places where Yorkie Poos can be found.
This is apart from the ads offering
Yorkie Poo puppies for sale, those
offering Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas,
or others specifying breeders or places
where you can buy Yorkies online.
However, when it comes to buying cross
bred dogs, it is essential to ascertain the
legitimacy of the breeder's credentials,
whether you are responding to a
‘buy Yorkies online' offer,
‘Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas' ad, or even one offering
Yorkie Poo puppies for sale.
As far as possible, try and avoid places
such as puppy mills or breeders of
poor standing and repute. This is because
the Yorkies, or Yorkie Poo puppies or sale
that they offer, are usually unhealthy,
unkempt and of erratic temperament.
A Yorkie Poo, or Yorkie breeder of repute,
will be able to provide evidence to back
the breed authenticity of their dogs,
the nutrition and grooming, program followed,
the medical history of the dogs, and a lot more.
Moreover, they will have documents to
prove pedigree status of the dogs, and
will not hesitate to show both parents to
intending purchasers.

What else should one know?

If you come across ads for
Yorkie Poo puppies for sale,
Yorkie puppies for sale in Arkansas,
or if you wish to buy Yorkies online,
try and get answers to as many queries you pose.
As for Yorkie Poo puppies for sale ads,
you'll be sure to find a genuine seller.
Yorkie Poos are just under a foot in
height and weigh about 4-15 lbs.
They are excellent watchdogs,
easy to train and extremely
loyal to their masters.

All in all, A Yorkie Poo is an
excellent pet for you. The mixture of two
great breeds also makes them unique
in their own little way.

Teacup Yorkies for sale

Cute, Cuddly, Irresistible

When you come across ads for
Teacup Yorkies for sale or
Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale,
the first point to note is that these are
merely miniature dogs that are exactly
the same breed as regular,
Yorkshire Terriers, but far smaller.
For several years, the demand for
miniature-size dogs has been growing
rapidly and ads for Teacup Yorkies for sale
and even Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale
can often be seen online, in newspapers
and pet magazines. If you're looking for
Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or just
Teacup Yorkies for sale, here's what you should know.

What are Teacup Yorkies?

The common misconception,
when one comes across ads for
Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale, or
even Teacup Yorkies for sale, is
that this is a new breed of Yorkies. However,
Teacup Yorkies are one and the same
breed of Yorkshire Terriers, but owing
to their miniature size, breeders often
refer to them as toy, tiny, mini,
or Teacup Yorkshire Terriers.
The problem is that there is no precise
definition of these names, with a
result that some breeders define
Teacup Yorkies as those under 5 lbs. in weight,
while others may define them as
Yorkies under 3 lbs. Either way,
if you're looking for Teacup Yorkies for sale,
or Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale, you'll
have the chance to own one of the cutest
and most cuddly pets around.

Where can one buy healthy
Teacup Yorkies?

With the numerous ads for
Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or even
Teacup Yorkies for sale put out by breeders,
it could certainly be confusing to
know which ad to believe in. This is
because many will have terms that
will describe their Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale,
or Teacup Yorkies for sale,
as ‘baby doll face', ‘teddy bear face' and
other cute, catchy terms.
What's important for you is to ascertain
whether such Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or
Teacup Yorkies for sale, are from lesser
known puppy mills or pet shops,
or from a legitimate, breeder of repute.
As often the case, Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or
Teacup Yorkies for sale, offered by puppy mills
and pet shops, are usually of poor
health and temperament. However,
you can rest assured that Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or
Teacup Yorkies for sale,
offered by reputable breeders
will be sound in health and temperament,
and also well groomed.

Do Teacup Yorkies
have health issues?

Teacup Yorkies certainly have health concerns.
The smaller the Teacup Yorkie puppies for sale or
Teacup Yorkies for sale that are
offered by breeders,
in terms of weight, the more
susceptible they'll be to low blood sugar
(hypoglycemic shock).
As Teacup Yorkies lack the reserved
strength of larger dogs, make sure
that they eat and nap regularly,
as this will reduce the risk of low blood sugar.

Teacup Yorkies are extremely active
around the home, and owing to their
miniature size, they are often stepped
upon by adults or children.
So, when you finally get your cute,
cuddly, irresistible Teacup Yorkie,
exercise a little more caution and care.

Cute Yorkies

Try resisting Parti Yorkies for sale

Who could resist a cute,
Yorkie and more so, cute Yorkies?
The answer is simple, no one.
With the demand for designer and
toy dogs growing, genuine breeders
and puppy mills have been working
over time to create extra small and special
dogs to cater to this demand. As a result,
there are several offering
Parti Yorkies for sale, and even
Parti Yorkie puppies for sale,
labeling them as cute Yorkies.
As some will argue, a true
‘Yorkie' is none other than a
Yorkshire Terrier. However,
some breeding processes,
involving very small pure Yorkies,
have produced Yorkies referred to as
‘Teacup', mini, tiny or miniature Yorkies.
These are generally accepted as pure Yorkies.
Puppies of most genuine and recognized
breeds are cute, but cute Yorkies
are certainly the ones you'll just love to own.
Here's some information and advice,
if you decide to go in for cute Yorkies,
or if you see those
Parti Yorkies for sale' or
Parti Yorkie puppies for sale' ads.

What is a Parti Yorkie?

In essence, a Parti Yorkie is a colored,
Yorkie and has earned recognition
around the early 1980s,
while the American Kennel Club (AKC)
accepted the Parti Yorkie only a few years back.
Parti Yorkies are the result of a
breeding process involving two
traditionally colored, Yorkies,
both of whom carry the
Parti color-producing gene.
So, if you're looking at ads
offering cute Yorkies, particularly,
those for Parti Yorkies for sale,
or Parti Yorkie puppies for sale,
you'll now know what Parti Yorkies
are all about.

What color is a Parti Yorkie?

Parti Yorkies are cute Yorkies and
quite unique and rare. Since Yorkshire Terriers
(or Yorkies) come in a variety of colors,
Parti Yorkies bred by crossing
two traditionally colored, Yorkies ,
can be either black, white, or tan.
The AKC only accepts Parti Yorkies
of these colors. With the demand
for cute Yorkies growing, you'll be
seeing many ‘Parti Yorkies for sale'
and ‘Parti Yorkie puppies for sale' ads
on the net and in newspapers and
pet magazines today.

Are Parti Yorkies
genuine Yorkies?

This is a logical, question,
asked by many who come across ads for cute
Yorkies, especially those for
Parti Yorkies for sale, or
Parti Yorkie puppies for sale.
The truth is that any Parti Yorkie is genuine,
provided that both parents carry
the recessive, Parti color-producing gene.
Parti Yorkies are not only cute Yorkies,
but also excellent show dogs and have
won several championship titles.

Who has genuine
Parti Yorkies?

You can buy cute Yorkies from
any genuine breeders offering
Parti Yorkies for sale, or Parti Yorkie puppies for sale.
However, it would be helpful to seek
evidence to prove that both parents
are carrying the Parti color-producing gene.
Try and avoid pet shops, and particularly,
puppy mills claiming to have genuine
Parti Yorkies for sale,
or Parti Yorkie puppies for sale,
as you may end up with cute Yorkies
that are of poor temperament and health.

Whether you're searching for
Parti Yorkies for sale,
or Parti Yorkie puppies for sale,
the fact is that they are truly cute
Yorkies and pets you'll find hard to resist.

Yorkies by Elainea 479-577-2650 Yorkie Puppies For Sale

Logan is still doing great.  He is getting
neutered on Thursday.  I can't remember
what you told me about his heartworm medicine.
Did you say you gave it to him right before
I picked him up?  I seem to remember
you saying it was with the mixture
you put on him for fleas and ticks.
I couldn't find it on his shot record
but I just might not know what it is called.

Thanks!  He sure is a lively little thing
and has been a real comfort to me since the
death of my little dog Max.  You can
really tell that you have loved these yorkie puppies.

Logan is making his home with Cindy from Arkansas.  He is a AKC Parti Yorkie

Lauren and Teddy
Elainea,

It's been some time since we've touched base.
Thought I'd let you know that Teddy
(AKA Zachary) is fabulous.
He weighs in at a whopping 5 lbs now and
refuses to eat dog food.
That's what happens when mommy is a chef.
He loves to be in the kitchen and we
make our own teddy food. He likes poached eggs,
ground meat with rice and carrots, loves
quinoa with onion and garlic, apples,
popcorn although we suspect it's just for the butter,
and mommy likes it when teddy has turkey
because it's always good for a big nap.
He has a nose for the girls and a
girlfriend named Angel. A one eyed golden
retriever she can't see him coming and
looks like she has grown another tail
when he's around.  All the other girls
just sit down. Teddy is a happy little fella and
loves to share his toys with everybody.
He spends alot of time at the window with
his favorite green turtle trying to get the
squirrels to play.
I'm attaching some pictures
Teddy loves mud!! We are in
Wisconsin for a while sorting
through life... Teddy is my constant
companion I don't know what I'd do
without him.
He did however pick up a deer tick
on one of our walks in the woods
can you tell me if he was vaccinated
for lymes disease when you did his shots.

I watch your site so I know you're
keeping busy! Hope all is well with you.

Lauren and Teddy
